Meet Dr. Scott Worrich

Dr. WorrichDr. Scott Worrich is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty certification in Pain Management. He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He completed an Anesthesiology residency at the Penn State Hershey Medical Center prior to returning to San Antonio for a post-doctorate Fellowship in Pain Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center.

A native of San Antonio, Dr. Worrich completed his undergraduate work at Texas A&M University. He is a member of numerous professional associations including the Texas Medical Association, Bexar County Medical Society, American Academy of Pain Medicine, and the Texas Pain Society.

His interests include cancer pain, neck and back pain, neuromodulation (spinal cord stimulation) and neuropathic pain syndromes. He believes in improving his patients quality of life through a multimodal approach to pain management.

Dr. Worrich is married with two boys. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and watching his boys play sports.
